Two Kings Wine Company is seeking a qualified Master Winemaker to lead our winemaking operations in Healdsburg, CA. This is a unique opportunity to shape wines of exceptional quality, balance, and character while working at the heart of California wine country.
The Master Winemaker will oversee the full winemaking process—from grape to glass—while driving innovation and upholding our commitment to craftsmanship and terroir expression.
- Lead all winemaking operations, producing wines that embody exceptional quality, balance, and character.
- Oversee vineyard management, implementing low-yield practices to enhance complexity and highlight terroir.
- Manage the entire production process, including grape harvesting, fermentation, aging, and bottling.
- Create and manage a detailed production schedule across all stages of winemaking.
- Collaborate closely with vineyard managers and cellar staff to ensure grape quality and precise production techniques.
- Develop and lead blending and tasting sessions focused on crafting outstanding wines.
- Associate’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Viticulture or Enology.
- 24 months of work experience as a Winemaker.
- Proven leadership in both vineyard and cellar operations.
- A deep passion for wine, with an emphasis on quality, tradition, and innovation.
